4. Complete this form and mail, with 3-5 pictures of your work. Computer generated copies are fine. Applications must be received by September 15th to be juried. Forms received after September 15th will be juried on first received.
5. Registration fee is $80.00.
6. Fee is payable upon acceptance into the Calico Art of the West Show .

I will make arrangements to deliver my own artwork to Calico Ghost Town. I will exhibit for the three days of the art show, starting October 31st, and ending November 2nd, 2008. I will be present in person. I will exhibit my artwork in a safe and secure display—in a tent or otherwise, against the weather elements that is possible: like wind, rain, blowing sand or sunshine. The Art of the Show is an outside event. Prints may be sold from bins.
Calico Ghost Town will make every attempt to safeguard contest entries from damage or loss. However, I understand that Calico Ghost Town can assume no responsibility or liability for my entries. I therefore exonerate them and any and all persons assisting on their behalf from any and all liabilities.
As this is a County Park, there will be a 20% commission to help cover county fees. All sales will go through Calico Woodworks to ensure all taxes are paid.
Enclosed is a check or money order (unless already paid) in the amount of $80.00, payable to Calico Woodworks. The dates are: Friday, October 31st, through Sunday, November 2nd, 2008.
